Location with Largemouth bass

Caught this bass while bank fishing when I was stationed in North Carolina! Even though I didnt have a boat while I was enlisted in the Marine Corps, I still managed to catch nice fish! This was caught using a buzz bait and working the old wooden planks. Story behind the planks theyre supposedly from the civil war, according to my old landlord. When the North came through they knocked the turpentine mill into the lake, then later used the boards to try to dam up the turpentine. The lake was much deeper at the time which I think preserved the boards, now theyre out in the open after the rock quarry went too deep hitting the spring that fed the lake and intern filled the quarry with water! The picture was taken nearly 8 years ago, and I think can still be seen in the local Dempsey mart on Catherine lake road in Richlands NC!
