Location with Steelhead

I got out onto the Muskegon River recently to do some steelhead fishing. My brother is graduating high school this summer and I college, so this was our one day spring break trip. We caught a couple of nice fish, including this beautiful hen. She was 13.5 pounds and 33 inches in length. She was a blast to catch and definitely lived up to the fishs hard fighting reputation. My brother and I fished with spawn and beads throughout the day. The beads were the ticket and that is what we landed our fish on. White and blue were the hot colors.
