Location with Walleye

Many times on a windy day after the wind dies down, you will notice on your graph that the fish move to the bottom of the water column. When this happens, a bottom bouncer is on of my go-to tactics. When doing this, fish can tend to be less aggressive, so dont shy away from trying a slow-death rig, which has a smaller presentation, and set these harnesses, or for that matter, even crankbaits close to or a few feet off the bottom to trigger strikes from unaggressive fish.
