Location with Black crappie

For those of you who stay off the water because of rain and a little wind your missing out on some of the best times to catch giant crappie! Saturday was the worst of the weather but the best day for size and numbers! I teamed up with my father in law on Saturday and we had a riot even tho were were drenched. We found these monsters in 7-10 ft of water just out side of a large spawing bay. Sunday it was the wife to be birthday and she wanted in on the action. Weather was much better but numbers and size were not as good as the first day. We did however manage to catch a few tanks on Sunday! We were using assorted tube jigs in various colors with a 1/16 oz big head about 3 ft below a weighted bobber.
