Location with Smallmouth bass

Stop #2 was in our own back yard,the mighty St Lawrence River! We had an absolute blast on the river! At the end of the day we had 5 Smallmouth bass for 19.03lbs which we were happy with even tho we did not cut a check we still had a ton of fun. We caught at least 50 3lb Smallmouth trying to cull up and we did. These fish were just on the edge of the spawing area, the first deep drop from 5 to 9. We caught most of our fish on swim baits and a few on spinner baits. All in all it was a great day! Positive mental attitude
