Location with Snook

Jackson Kayaks invited me to the Daytona Beach area for a media trip with Bart Swab of Action Kayak Adventures. Being that far north, I figured seatrout, redfish and flounder would be our targets so I was surprised when Bart said we would be targeting snook. You cant tell from the picture, but winds were blowing 20+ knots both days. Bart took us to narrow, serpentine creeks that offered plenty of lee shores out of the wind. Snook were mostly on the small side, but we caught dozens of them, plus four tarpon and two redfish in two days of fishing.
