Location with Brown trout

#gold! Finally! Victory! Ive been trying to trick one of these brown trout in the same spot on the Platte River like right in the city. This was my 4th or 5th visit to this stretch of the river. I had seen fish feeding before and I dont know how, but I knew they were brown trout. Lately Ive been catching some great rainbows which is always awesome but I just had this itch for a nice stick of butter and it was getting at me, its all I could think about, no doubt,brown trout, downtown brown trout, no doubt. Well today was the day, I had one hour. At this point I had thrown everything at these fish, nymphs, worms, hopper/dropper, streamers, sows, white wings, and lost a couple HD trout lures to boot. So today I started with dries, nothing, I move around, nothing. I try the spinning rod with a yellow atomic teaser and a drop shot, it got snagged, gone. Back to the fly rod, I go black booger and egg pattern, got some bites but couldnt hook em. Running out of time I moved downstream around a big fallen tree and I see it, a feeding trout. I quietly ninja hustle to a spot but I cant get my flies out far enough because of the bank behind me and my position not to spook these spooky wild trout. I put down the fly rod and tie on a rainbow HD trout lure. I cast a couple times knowing I only have a few minutes and this fish feeding is my chance. Im lightly swimming and pausing my retrieve and I feel it real light, the hit, so I set the hook real light and FISH ON! Victory! Finally!
