Location with Red drum (Redfish)

25 knot winds and unusually cold weather made Saturdays Southern Redfish Cup tournament in Little River, Sc a grind! Had plans of running 60 miles south to Georgetown, but was rudely denied by Mother Nature. With the winds howling we decided to fish within and small area that looked fishy and was halfway protected. We worked the area very slowly, trying to cover everything. We had only 7 hours of prefishing scattered over three afternoons after work in the area, so we fished the area thoroughlycatching three 18 to 20 inch flounder and 3 Redfish. We wieghed in two reds 18 and and 19 1/2. We were able to grind out the 6th place finish. Every fish caught that day was earned by everyone fishing!
